It’s natural for a company that focuses on getting medications to patients with some of the most complex conditions to take the health and well-being of its employees “very seriously.” One early decision Free Market Health Founder and CEO Joe Cardosi made at the company’s start four years ago was to offer an employee benefits package that covers health insurance in full. Another, he said, was to create a culture in which employees work hard and rally around a mission to help those in need.
