Free Market Health Successfully Completes SOC 2 Type 2 Audit

We continually strive to ensure the security, confidentiality, integrity, and continuous availability of our customers’ data and engage in a robust independent process to verify that Free Market Health is meeting this commitment.

A widely recognized security initiative is Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 compliance, and we are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the SOC 2 Type 2 audit with no exceptions for the third consecutive year.

The audit verifies Free Market Health’s controls relating to security, availability, processing integrity, and confidentiality. To achieve compliance in each of these domains requires adherence with a set of standards enumerated in the Trust Services Principles and Criteria. 

To further enhance the rigor of the independent assessment, the company's SOC 2 controls are mapped to the HITRUST Common Security Framework (CSF), a risk- and compliance-based framework that standardizes requirements from nationally accepted security and privacy regulations, standards, and frameworks - including ISO, NIST, PCI, HIPAA, and COBIT - to ensure a comprehensive set of security and privacy controls.
